Description of Service

Domarcai provides a WhatsApp-based automation platform for businesses, including:

  • Appointment scheduling and management
  • PIX payment processing via Mercado Pago
  • Automated reminders and notifications
  • AI-powered customer service assistant

Account Responsibilities

When you create an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Keep your account credentials secure
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account

Payment Terms

For paid plans:

  • Billing occurs monthly or annually as selected
  • You may cancel at any time; service continues until period end
  • Refunds are provided pro-rata for annual plans cancelled within 30 days

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services to:

  • Engage in any illegal activity
  • Send spam or unsolicited messages
  • Interfere with or disrupt our services
  • Reverse engineer or copy our technology

Limitation of Liability

Domarcai is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through our platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
